This was a two part project where we installed three & single phase supplies to a manufacturing workshop and also completed a full LED lighting upgrade where over 400 fittings were upgraded.

We started with a consultation and an energy savings plan so our client knew exactly how much money was being saved by installing the LED fittings. We then utilised our in house design team to plan the new lighting layout taking in to account lumen levels for each area. We had the task of removing all of the existing high level fittings in the building and installing the new fittings whilst the factory was still manufacturing, this is where we excel as a company as our objective is to cause zero downtime to our clients. This not only offers our customer a brighter, safer working environment it also will save them a small fortune annually.

The workshop install consists of a galvanised tray containment system with unistut frames at each working area. This ensures that the electrical supplies are close-by whilst maintenance is being carried out. On the tray we installed all cabling in SWA for mechanical protection. Caption
